All orders placed with Stella Hospitality are subject to internal review and processing. Upon confirmation of the order details by both parties, the delivery schedule will be finalized and communicated accordingly.

Order confirmation shall be considered binding once mutually agreed, and production or dispatch will proceed based on the approved specifications.

Clients are required to review and approve all specifications, quantities, and details prior to final confirmation.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and supply process, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Stella Hospitality shall not be liable for returns or claims arising from incorrect specifications approved by the client.

Warranty Clause

Stella Hospitality warrants that all products supplied will meet the agreed specifications and quality standards at the time of delivery.

Any manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, Stella Hospitality may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective items.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
